If your Sunpal solar panels can work in hot area?

Yes – optimized for high temps (tested at 50°C+). Ask for our heat-resistance specs!

Will hail damage the panels?

Qualified panels are IEC 61215 certified and can withstand 25mm hail at 80km/h. The tempered glass is shatterproof and has a breakage rate of less than 0.1%.

Does it need regular cleaning?

Typically, 1-2 times per year (more frequently in dry, dusty areas). Dust can cause a 5-15% loss in efficiency. Self-cleaning coatings or tilted mounting can reduce maintenance.

What is the lifespan of solar panels?

The typical lifespan is 25-30 years, but can be much longer. The efficiency decay rate is approximately 0.5-0.8% per year, and after 25 years, it can still maintain 80%+ of its initial power.

Will they work on my roof?

Probably. We check your roof's direction, strength, and shading during a free inspection and provide you suitable mounting system

What is your warranty?

We offer a 25-year performance warranty, a 10-12 year equipment warranty, and a workmanship warranty

Can I add more panels later?

Yes, but it's easier and cheaper to plan for the right size from the start.

How is the module shipped and packaged?

Each module is packaged with reinforced protection using wooden pallets and corner guards. A 40HQ container typically holds 594 pieces (33 pcs/pallet × 18 pallets), ensuring safe transportation and optimized loading.

What certifications and standards does this module meet?

This module complies with international standards including IEC 61215, IEC 61730, and IEC 62941, and is manufactured under certified quality systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring product quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

What is the operating temperature range of your lithium batteries?

Charging: 0°C to 45°C (low temperatures require heating);Discharging: -20°C to 60°C (high temperatures trigger a safety function); Optimum performance: 15°C to 35°C

What is the cycle life of your lithium battery?

≥6000 cycle time at 80%DOD; 25°C

How to slow down the degradation of lithium batteries?

Avoid 100% deep discharge (20%-80% is recommended); reduce fast charging at high temperatures (>45°C); maintain 50% charge during long-term storage

Will lithium batteries explode?

The battery quality is qualified; it has passed UN38.3 and other certifications, and the risk is extremely low

What is the advantage of your lithium Battery?

Superior safety (thermally stable), very long cycle life (often 6000+ cycles), typically slightly higher cost and lower energy density. Ideal for stationary storage, RVs, and marine use.

Can I deep discharge my lithium battery?

Yes, this is one of their key advantages. Our lithium batteries can be safely discharged to 80-100% of their rated capacity (depending on model and BMS settings). In contrast, lead-acid batteries should not be discharged below 50% regularly. For maximum lifespan, however, avoiding a full 100% depth of discharge daily is recommended.

How to store long-term?

Charge to 50-60%. Disconnect. Store in a cool, dry place. Check every 3-6 months.

What accessories does a complete Residential system include?

Photovoltaic panels; inverters; mounting systems (rooftop/ground); cables and MC4; energy storage batteries

What system capacity do I need for my home?

Please tell us your household load power and annual electricity consumption, we will configure it for you based on this

Will the installation affect the roof waterproofing?

We design special brackets according to your roof, and professional installation can also avoid roof damage

What is a home battery system?

It stores electricity from your solar panels or the grid, letting you use it anytime—day or night, even during outages.

How does it work with my solar panels?

Your panels charge the battery during the day. At night or on cloudy days, your home runs on stored battery power instead of buying from the grid.

What happens during a blackout?

Most systems switch to backup power in less than a second. You can keep lights, fridge, internet, and critical circuits running.

What size system do I need?

Depends on your energy use, solar production, and backup goals. We analyze your electricity bill to recommend the right size

Will it power my whole house?

It can, but whole-home backup requires a larger, more expensive system. We typically design for "essential loads" to maximize value.

Does it work with my existing solar/inverter?

We work with most major brands (Deye, Growatt, Solis, etc.). Our pre-installation assessment confirms compatibility.

How is it monitored?

Via a simple smartphone app showing energy flow, savings, and system health. We also monitor it proactively.

Which industries are best suited for installation?

Priority for high-power consumption/high-price industries: Manufacturing: Steel/Chemicals/Semiconductors (24/7 continuous production) Commercial: Shopping malls/Data centers (high demand-side electricity costs) Solar-energy charging stations: Combined with photovoltaics and fast charging stations (to absorb green electricity)

What kind of cooling method do you use?

We have two types of cooling: liquid cooling and air cooling. The prices of the two are different, and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. We will provide solutions based on your needs.

What are the primary benefits of commercial energy storage?

Energy cost reduction through peak shaving and load shifting, increased renewable energy utilization, backup power for critical operations, and potential revenue from grid services programs.

How does a commercial ESS differ from residential systems?

Commercial systems are larger-scale (typically 100kWh to MWh range), feature more advanced controls for demand charge management, include sophisticated monitoring/analytics, and often participate in utility incentive programs.

What is the typical ROI period for commercial ESS?

Most commercial installations achieve ROI in 3-6 years through demand charge reduction, energy arbitrage, and incentive programs. Specific timelines depend on utility rates, system size, and usage patterns

What sizes do commercial systems come in?

Modular systems from 100kWh to multi-megawatt scale, scalable to meet current needs with expansion capability for future growth

What battery technology do you recommend?

For most commercial applications, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) offers the best balance of safety, lifespan (typically 6,000+ cycles), and total cost of ownership. NMC is available for space-constrained applications.
